It was a perfect to get out and enjoy some spring football. Since it wasn’t packed there were also plenty of opportunities to get up close to the action. So, I marched up to the 50-yard line and enjoyed the game from seats I could really only dream about watching a regular season game from. I had the camera around the neck and got some nice shots of the action.
I hope everyone has a happy Easter.

Three Georgia high school football players have been selected to the 2009 Parade All-American team.
Greg Reid of Lowndes, Branden Smith of Washington and Washaun Ealey of ECI are Parade All-Americans.
The three Georgia players will be among the 58 announced to the All-American team in Parade’s Jan. 25 issue, which is a Sunday supplement in the Journal-Constitution.
Two out of three are UGA commits, with Reid looking like a lean at this point. Getting all three would be great to symbolically reaffirm Richt’s stranglehold on the state’s best football talent.
Georgia QB commit Aaron Murray is also a 2009 Parade All-American.
