Marlon Brown will be a Georgia Bulldog. He just announced his decision on ESPN U.

From Rivals:

Memphis (TN) Harding Academy’s Marlon Brown announced his decision moments ago to sign with the Georgia Bulldogs. The 6-foot-5 wide receiver chose the University of Georgia over Ohio State, Ole Miss, and Tennessee.

He described his connection with the Bulldog coaches as the deciding factor, and feels he can come in and excel opposite sophomore wideout A.J. Green. The 4-star prospect is the 18th player to sign with Georgia.

This should put a little salve on the wound left by Greg Reid at Austin’s Cattle Company last night. Orson Charles would be the cherry on top in an already great class.

Yeh, this thing with Charles now gets interesting. He’s eliminated FSU and rumor is by the end of the day USC will not have room the way they’re inking kids. So that should make quite a battle between the Dawgs and floriDuh.

Man, if we can get Charles I’d be thrilled. Already with Brown committing it turned around the day’s entire outlook. Silly, that one guy’s signature can change your perception like that.

Come on down Orson Charles!
