Orson Charles Chooses Georgia

Orson Charles, the Plant High School TE/WR has chosen to play his college football at the University of Georgia.
His choice ends a solid month of intense speculation since most other senior high school prospects chose colleges on February 5th, national signing day.
Charles figures to be a match-up nightmare with great speed and quickness to go along with his traditional TE frame.
All I got to say is… HOW ABOUT THIS 2009 RECRUITING CLASS? Where are we now? Top 5?

Is it wrong that I did a fist pump when I heard the news? Well if it is then I don’t want to be right.
I’m not sure if I’m happy because we got one of the top prospects in the country or that he choose us over USC (the real one) and UT. Or that we took the aforementioned prospect out of the state of Florida. I think it’s all of the above.

I think it’s safe to say there is but one person on the face of the Earth that has broken floriDuh’s NatChampTrophy into thousands of pieces….
And that man is a Dawg! Tonight the steak is tastier and the bourbon is smoother.
Let’s hope for his next trick he breaks Florida’s National Championship dreams into thousands of pieces.

Amen. What a great close for the Dogs. The Diamond Dogs are on a tear, the recruiting class just got a huge bonus and the hoop dogs beat the ‘Cats in Rupp.
